This interactive workshop provides actionable steps to increase the success of an organization’s diversity and gender equity efforts. This means participants will walk away with different strategies they can apply for men to be better allies and for women to facilitate the process.

About the Presenter:
Michael Brasher is a PhD student in the school of Geography and Development whose research focuses on masculinity and men’s violence against women. In addition, Michael is a facilitator for the Men’s Education Program (MEP) through the Emerge Center Against Domestic Abuse. He has worked with the MEP for the last 5 years to organize all men to take leadership around issues of violence against women in their communities.
