CSW hosts and co-sponsors annual programs and events that recognize outstanding leaders and enrich the experiences of local women and girls.
Current initiatives include:
- Vision and Outstanding Mentoring Awards: honoring significant contributions by University leaders to CSW and campus diversity goals
- Workshops for Emerging Leaders: brings together UA campus and Tucson community leaders for talks that focus on key qualities emerging leaders need to succeed in the dynamic, 21st-century workplace
Previous programs included:
- Young Women's Empowerment Academy: providing an intensive educational and esteem-building workshop on the UA campus for local junior and high school girls
