CSW Workgroups - 4 Original Committees

Below are the committees that were created by the original UA Commission on the Status of Women.

Campus Climate
By promoting the value of a balanced life for both women and men, university policies and programs provide the opportunity and climate in which women as well as men can succeed.

Career and Professional Development
The campus provides a climate where individuals are encouraged and challenged to develop fully their capabilities and potential, and where the criteria for success and achievement incorporate the unique skills and values each individual brings to campus life.

Compensation and Equity
Seeks to bring about a balanced workplace in all employment categories.

Outreach and Education
Seeks to expand the visibility and accomplishments of the Commission and to educate the campus community about work/life issues.
